Hi! I’m Berta - Career Fulfillment Coach, Founder of BMS Coaching & Creator of The Janus!
I re-invented from being a senior HR executive in the Fashion industry to being a business owner back in 2016 after I had been struggling and feeling very unhappy with my job for a long time.
After some deep work, I realised FREEDOM is one of my core values and my corporate career wasn’t allowing me to have much of it. I longed to be more present for my children, for myself and for all those significant people who I so much treasure in my life.
I wanted to choose when & where I worked and who I spent my working hours with.
So, after much heartache, I pulled the trigger and I haven’t looked back since!
